Viviana-Zarah Baudis & Ido Ramot- Artistic Directors
Viviana-Zarah Baudis and Ido Ramot are partners in life and in music, united by a drive to create artistic experiences that reach beyond the expected. Their journey as curators began with the celebrated Munich House Concert Series, where intimate performances grew into unforgettable musical moments. Today, they bring that same spirit to La Casa dell’Arte, shaping each edition into a summer haven of artistry, community, and imagination.
Together, they also founded Sounds Jewish, a foundation devoted to celebrating and nurturing the diversity of Jewish culture. -
Petra Baudis- Executive Producer
Petra Baudis studied Business Management at Goethe University Frankfurt and began her career at McKinsey before choosing to bring her management expertise into the cultural world. As CEO of an NGO, she dedicated herself to supporting children who long to learn music but lack access. Guided by a deep passion for intercultural exchange and creative collaboration, she is now an inspired and invaluable member of the La Casa dell’Arte festival team.

Gosia Kuczmowska- Festival Manager
An experienced cultural manager and violinist who combines her management skills with a deep understanding of the music industry and strong intercultural competencies to create social change through the arts. She currently serves as Head of Residencies and Special Projects at The Orchestra of the Americas Group, managing international programs within OAcademy and the Executive MBA for the Arts led by The Global Leaders Institute.
She co-initiated the creation of Sinfónica Azteca – a youth orchestra in Mexico – and has co-founded and worked as executive producer of concerts and chamber music festivals, including Warsaw Winds+ Festival (Poland) and La Casa dell’Arte (Italy). She regularly collaborates with leading Polish classical music institutions as a mentor and project leader.
From 2016 to 2020, she worked at the Adam Mickiewicz Institute in Warsaw, developing international cultural programs such as I, CULTURE Orchestra and Polska Music. She was responsible for artistic planning, logistics, and communications with artists, festivals, and institutional partners.
Her most significant independent projects include organizing the Branford Marsalis & Mateusz Smoczyński concert (Waldorff Festival, 2024), serving as executive producer of Mateusz Smoczyński’s “Adam’s Apple” album (Warner Music, 2024), and producing international tours for Gruppo di Tempera in South Korea (2018), and Mateusz Smoczyński in Colombia (2025), as well as curating the Barok, Barok chamber concert series (Warsaw, 2021–2023).
She holds a BA in Arts Management from the Jagiellonian University and a BA in Violin Performance from the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music.
